ENDGAME JUNIOR LEADERS

Structured, play-based Jiu Jitsu for kids that develops confidence, discipline, resilience and real grappling skills.

ON THE MAT. IN LIFE.

MORE THAN JIU JITSU.

WE BUILD CAPABLE KIDS.

Junior Leaders uses structured, play-based Jiu Jitsu to develop skills that matter on the mat — and far beyond it.

CONFIDENCE
Learning to solve problems, face challenges and trust their own ability.

DISCIPLINE
Listening, taking turns, practising and keeping working when things become difficult.

RESILIENCE
Learning that struggle isn't failure — it's part of getting better.

REAL JIU JITSU SKILLS
Practical grappling skills developed through movement, games, problem-solving and live practice.

A BETTER WAY TO LEARN.

Kids don't learn best by standing in lines and memorising techniques.
At Endgame, Junior Leaders learn through movement, play, problem-solving and live Jiu Jitsu.
We create challenges that encourage children to think, adapt and discover solutions for themselves — while our coaches guide the learning process.

LEARNING THROUGH DOING.

Every game has a purpose.

Junior Leaders are given real Jiu Jitsu problems to solve — escaping, controlling, passing, recovering position and finding opportunities to attack.

The challenge changes as their ability develops, allowing them to learn through experience rather than simply memorising movements.

They try. They adapt. They solve. They learn.

A PATH TO PROGRESS.

Children stay engaged when they can see themselves improving.

At Junior Leaders, progression isn't a race. It's a pathway forward — developing their skills, character, confidence and leadership as they progress.

They don't just attend classes. They grow.

01

02

BUILT FOR MORE.

Jiu Jitsu is the vehicle. The lessons go much further.

Junior Leaders is designed to develop qualities children carry far beyond the academy — confidence under pressure, resilience when things get difficult, responsibility for their actions and the ability to work with others.

What they learn on the mat becomes part of who they are off it.

YOUR FIRST WEEK AT ENDGAME.

Starting something new can feel intimidating — especially for kids.

That's why every new Junior Leader begins with a free week at Endgame.

They'll meet their coaches, tour alongside the other kids and experience how our classes work — with no pressure and no expectation to already know what they're doing.

The goal is simple: help them feel safe, included and excited to come back.

IS JUNIOR LEADERS RIGHT FOR MY CHILD?

Probably. And they don't need to be confident, athletic or experienced to begin.

Junior Leaders is designed for children starting from different places. Some arrive full of confidence. Some are quiet or unsure. Some have never tried a martial art before.

They don't need to be ready for Jiu Jitsu.
Jiu Jitsu helps them become ready for more.

01 — NEVER TRAINED BEFORE?
Perfect. Most children start as beginners.

02 — SHY OR LACKING CONFIDENCE?
They can participate at their own pace while confidence develops.

03 — NOT “SPORTY”?
They don't need to be. Junior Leaders helps develop movement, coordination and physical confidence through practice.
